Approach
We would rather ship a single tool that completely solves a narrow problem than a platform that half-solves ten of them.
Products start by watching the actual work happen (the counter, the back office, the parts bin), not by guessing at it from a feature list.
We do not build and walk away. Everything we launch, we operate: support, updates, uptime, and the unglamorous maintenance in between.
Software that touches inventory, money, and customer promises should be predictable above all else. Surprises are a defect, not a feature.
